| Some of us are in college, and even though some are still not there, it would be great to hear what everyone's plans are. - For those in college, what are you studying, and what are your career plans?
- For those who are still not there, what are you planning on studying when you get to college, and what are your career plans?
I am studying Criminal Justice and was planning on joining the FBI! But I am not sure anymore, because it is like being in the Army and I do NOT want that for myself or my family! (My boyfriend is in the Army and it is HARD dealing with something so dangerous so I don't want that) I am a very curious person and would love to be an investigator but I am so confused on what is required to be one that I don't even know what to do! So even though I am going to start my last year of college, I may take an extra semester, so I KIND of have time to still decide on what to do! I need to talk with some school counselors haha! I wish thought that things would go as great as it did for the gang! Their careers turned out being amazing and they didn't even plan on it! haha

| I'm not on college yet... i'm on the 2nd year of high school and I still don't know exactly what I want. I consider doing Astronomy, but it will all depends on how my plans for doing an Exchange on NY goes. And that depends on how my technical classes of Administration will go and if I will get a job at this area. If i get, I'll save money for the exchange :) I want to go to NY to try my lucky at ASPCA, cuz I really love animals but i wouldn't work out doing veterinary, so i'm gonna try something related, but different. If that plan doesn't work, I'll go back to Brazil and work as a volunteer on some animal shelter or something, and try Astronomy :D
You can call me crazy now, haha

| I'm going into form 4 (that's 10th grade/freshman year to the foreigners). I want a career in science or as an investigator. I'd love to be a spy or really, anything thrilling. Call me crazy, but I'd love the thrill of sneaking around, that I could die at any second or kill at any second. ... You're the first people I've told about this, my mum would call me crazy. | |

| Wow, you guys have such cool plans for you careers! We have two almost-CSI-to-be here and maybe an astronom*** (I forgot how to say that in English Jenny! hehehe)!
Well, I graduated from college last year, I'm graduated in English (which is my passion!) and I'm still kinda thinking about what to do next: my plans are to do my Master's in English, Translation, English Literature or International Relations and teach at a university then. Also continue teaching English at my current job and keep working as a translator.
Maybe, who knows, also travel abroad (to get to know NY or England, which is my dream!)

| Indeed! I can't imagine myself working with numbers :P
I'm still in college, I am doing Letters (English/Portuguese/Literature), which will let me be a teacher/professor (I already teach, anyways...), basically. But I would also like to work as a translator, filmmaker or artist. Maybe I'll go to college many times, maybe I won't :P Maybe I'll be a freelancer or I'll be a professor in a university...
I'm kind of "irresponsible" in this area, since my plan is not having a steady plan. I want to do so many things!
Editing: I forgot to say that I have been teaching for almost 5 years now, so at least, one of the careers in my plans is something concrete already, hehe.

| hahahaha I know exactly how you feel anninat :P I love math, but I don't know everything! I mix up things very often, and when I do that, I'm judged forever, cuz people think I can't go wrong not even once, just cuz I'm good at it most of the times ¬¬ | |

| I thought I was the only girl who liked Maths! :) it's tricky for me, I finished school and went to college for 2 years studying sociology, history and health and social care but I didn't finish cos of health problems :( but I really want to study sociology at university so I will have to finish college for that. So I might be at college for 4 years rather than the normal 2 years over here :( | |

| Andy and lexcentralperk, I've always wanted to be translator too! But it's just something I do on the side. I'm a first year in college and I'm studying History. I want to use my History degree and work in the film industry, hopefully with making documentaries or historical TV shows/films. | |
