SUMMARY:
The big evening has arrived, but Chandler's romantic plans are ruined when Monica's ex-boyfriend, Richard, appears. Returning to the apartment, Chandler starts to worry that Monica may be getting suspicious and, desperate to surprise her, makes out that he isn't interested in settling down. Things sail way off course when Rachel and Joey attend a charity auction, and Joey accidentally buys a boat. Ross finds himself rethinking his relationship with Elizabeth due to the fact she may be too immature, and when he finds himself in the middle of a water balloon fight his fears are confirmed and he breaks up with her.
