SUMMARY: Joey tells Ross about his feelings for Rachel. They agree that Joey should tell Rachel during dinner, regardless of the consequences. But Rachel politely turns him down, creating an awkward situation with her and Joey. Chandler fears that Phoebe's new boyfriend may be more compatible with Monica than he is.
