I didn't stay up the first night cos I had no idea when it would be up and I couldn't last night cos I was ill D: I want to register :-(

There's early registration once a day through August 6th. You have to wait until a clue is posted and then you have to answer the clue. If it's correct and registration is still open, you can pre-register for Pottermore and get to use it before everyone else in October.

The problem for most people in the Western Hemisphere is that clues are being posted i the wee hours of the morning (early morning for people in England). I had to stay up until almost 5 am on Saturday to get registered.
