Who had the LEAST developed friendship?

They were all real close friends, yeah, but some weren't as close as the others. Who do you think had the least developed friendship out of six of them?

i definitely think that Chandler and Phoebe had the least developed friendship! they had their moments but not enough to make them as close as the rest.

chandler- phoebe/ and maybe ross-phoebe

Definitely Chandler and Phoebe, I can't remember too many of their moments together (off the top of my head...when Chandler lost the gold bracelet and when Chandler tried to break up with Janice and their weird fake flirting). Ross and Phoebe's relationship weren't as developed as well but I can think of more of their moments together like Vikram, evolution discussion, Julio the cat, Ross buys Phoebe a bike, when they dated the divorced couple, Phoebe mugging Ross, Phoebe liked by Ross' neighbors, Sting tickets, Phoebe mad at Ross but can't remember why...etc. (sorry that was a really long list).

See, Phoebe and Ross weren't that bad. Even though she kinda treated them both as losers (which I hated, that's probably the only thing I hated when it comes to Phoebe), she obviously loved them.
I guess there was something about Chandler she didn't like.

They also picked out the ring for Monica together. Or when she worked as Chandler's secretary, that was pretty cool too. I guess they weren't that bad either ~_~

Chandler and Phoebe, yes. But there were other moments too, like when she helped him in his job interview in season 8 or when they sang to Lionel Richie together.
The thing is, I guess they just didn't seem so close as Chandler and Rach, for example.

Maybe if it wasn't for her remarks and comments about his personality and such, maybe they'd seem just as close as Chandler and Rachel.

Yes. As someone said, she was kinda mean to him most times.

I noticed that too. It came out a lot more in the later seasons, which is interesting because they had quite a few scenes together in the first few seasons and they got along a lot better then: Phoebe working for Chandler, them playing with the Barcaloungers, their hilarious "Endless Love" duet, and Chandler telling Phoebe about his online relationship. My sister and I came up with a theory that Phoebe was subconciously in love with (or lusted after) Monica, so her increased meanness to Chandler - and her saying/doing stuff that caused problems between them - seemed like a result of that. We... tend to over analyze a lot of stuff in the show.

Chandler and Phoebe are tied with Monica and Joey, for me. They had very few storylines of just them two - at least, that's how I saw it.

Agreed. I got the feeling that if it wasn't for Monica's cooking that Joey wouldn't have been over there as much as he was..not saying that's bad thing, but they really didn't have any connection besides Chandler and food.

chandler and phoebe, i guess... but it was nice that she was the one who helped him pick up Chandler's engagement ring for Monica... one of the most important events of his life and he was with her.. cool, eh? :))

But for some reason, I think Monica and Joey had that, I don't know, brotherhood thing going between them. Somethin I didn't feel with Chandler and Phoebe.

Yes, how could I forget that! And also, she was the first one to know about the engagement...

I would say Phoebe and Ross. I know a lot of people are saying Chandler and Phoebe but I love their friendship when they have story lines and they've had some really good times. Like when they pick out Monica's engagement ring. Every time Phoebe makes a joke and they show Ross he's always making a face pointing out how weird Phoebe is. Whenever Phoebe and Ross have a story line they never get along and it's always awkward when it's just those two at the coffee shop.

I vote Phoebe and Ross.

I remembered Phoebe saying "goodbye Ross... FOREVER." hahaha. I have to agree that Ross complains about Phoebe's weirdness very often in the show...

but it's true... and that whole thing about the cat... UGH i hated Ross there!! always trying to be so realistic and what not!! leave Phoebe and her mom alone!!! hahaha
