About the character

Chandler is Joey's roommate, Ross's old college roommate, and both's best friend. He's the droll observer of everybody else's life - and his own. As the comedian of the group, he is always making sarcastic jokes and getting stuck in awkward situations because of it. He works midtown in some big office building, crunching numbers in front of a computer screen. Romantically, he has a knack for finding women who turn out weird. Later though, he finally finds true love and happiness with Monica.
