Question: I'm Italian and I don't know what you mean with this "getting exam results", plus I also read on facebook that today is results day... can someone explain to me?

@ Anninat: It's basically tests you take at school which are important for your future. And results day is the day that everyone in the country finds out what they got in each test.
@ his_lobster: Haha, I do have a bad habit of being negative I have to admit. It turns out that I had nothing to worry about though. I got 2 A's 2 B's and a C which is actually really good compared to what other people got. So I'm very happy. smile

Thank you, here it's not like that! At school you have tests all year long, written and oral, an at the end of the year for each subject you have the average grade. If you're not sufficient (I think you got to have C or more, here we use grades from one to ten) in one or two subj, sometimes three, you have an exam in september, but if you fail you have to do again the whole year, the same if you have 3-4 subjects with bad grades, without the possibility of the septembere exams!

I'm feeling like a nothing. So sad, maybe one of the worst moments of my life. I'm feeling like I can't be loved because of who I am, because of my personality. Like if being shy, calm, patient, respectful and faithfull, honest, sincere and gentleman was the worst thing ever. I'm feeling like I'm not valued, loved and like something I'm not. I'm feeling like a jerk, which I know for sure is one thing I'm not. Yeah, people do that to you.

Being with my family and the forum are the only good things right now.

Look, those that don't like you for you, don't matter; they are nothing. >:( When you find the right person, they'll like you for you! So don't beat yourself up!! People suck sometimes, trust me I know! (I have encountered MANY fake friends and people) So when the right person comes, you'll know! Just think that these bad times are learning experiences, so when the right person comes you will appreciate them and they will appreciate you! ;D

Just keep focusing on the great things happening in your life, and great things will follow! ;D

The girls are right. Also, sometimes, even though we love people, that doesn't give the right for them to do whatever they want, act indiferent or anything, because they always think in the end you'll like them anyways. People can be self-centered, influenced by others and totally stupid. You have nothing to be sorry about or bring yourself down because of them. You are perfect they way you are shouldn't change to fill anyone's expectations. At least not what you don't have to change.

Exactly. Look at Chandler and Monica...neither really required the other to change for them. Yes, they're a fictional couple, but do not change for anyone...it's not worth it and in the end you'll become a shell of yourself and you won't recognize the person you've become. :(

Andy, I saw a quote a few days ago, and I loved it so much that I posted on my twitter and facebook and everywhere I can post anything, so I'll post it here for you:

"If they don't like me for who I am, then I don't need them to like me at all."

I don't know who said that, but I really liked. I've always had a strong personality, people say I'm too much sincere, cuz I say what I think about a person right on her/him face, even the imperfections.
People were always telling me that this attitude will damage me in future, but you know what I think?? The same thing that says on that quote. I'll be honest with you, I've tried sometimes to be just like anyone else and keep my thoughts to me, but I just can't do that!! This is what I am, and I'll not give up my personality just to make some people happy.

Think about it: If your imperfections were THAT bad, why would you still have friends? Real friends like you for who you are, Andy. If you're feeling like you don't have real friends anymore, that are always there for you... you really need to look for new friends.
Like his_lobster said, when the right person comes, you'll know it! And that counts to friendship and relationship too...

You seems like a real good person, sweetie, I don't like to see you sad like that because of what other people do to you, makes me feel so angry! >:(
