| Summary:
There is a city wide black out, which leaves Chandler trapped in an ATM vestibule with the Victoria's Secret model Jill Goodacre. The rest of the group kills time in Monica and Rachel's apartment, telling stories and singing songs. Ross tries to express his feelings to Rachel while they are on the balcony, and he is attacked by a cat. Rachel and Phoebe set out to find the cat's owner, and Rachel meets Paolo, an Italian in the building. Rachel brings him back to the apartment, much to Ross's dismay.
