| SUMMARY: While planning a birthday party for Ross, the six discover money is an issue in life, even among friends, when some make more money than the rest; which builds up tension between them. A mystery woman calls Chandler and Joey's number, not knowing that is the wrong number. So Chandler takes advantage of the situation and tries to get a date with her. Monica loses her job at the restaurant after accepting gifts. | |

| In the scene where Ross, Chandler and Monica give the tickets for Joey, Rachel and Phoebe, I think they overreacted. I understand the situation of Joey and the others, but it was Ross' birthday. | |

| I think the same thing (we were talking about this yesterday night while we were watching it).
I understand why Phoebe, Rachel and Joey weren't comfortable with the situation and I do think that Monica, Ross and Chandler should "respect" that and try to pick places more affordable to everyone sometimes. But yeah, I agree that they overreacted when they didn't accept the tickets. It wasn't charity at all, I thought it was a really nice thing that they bought them the tickets. I mean, they are super best friends... They should know that Monica, Ross and Chandler only did that because they really want them to go to that concert with Ross so everybody could celebrate his birthday together.

| I see your point, but I think that I would react in the same way... I mean, they come in with these gifts and doesn't get why that would make the others feel small and expect like a big thank you? Rachel, Pheobe and Joey are too proud for that and I think they should've realized that. On the other hand, I do think they overreact when they hear about meeting the band. They could've been there, they have only themselves to blame.
Overall I think it's a good storyline, a bit of tension in the group so it isn't too nice. I love how they all come together to comfort Monica in the end. And also, damn, there's a lot of denim in this one.

| Great episode, but I am always rooting for the group to stop fighting, haha. I think Monica, Ross and Chandler could have think more about the other three, but Rachel, Phoebe and Joey should have talked about the problem way before. | |

| Normally I like the fights in the show, they are really funny (when Monica and Rachel fight about the moving out, when they fight about Jean Claude Van Damme, when they fight about Monica being friends with Julie, Chandler and Joey's fights, etc). But this one just makes me think "can you all stop being so childish? You can't live without each other so just stop it and talk about all this!". | |
