Rachel and Ross

This is where you discuss Rachel and Ross!

Even though Rachel and Ross had a very rocky relationship, I loved how everything worked out for them. Even though they had other relationships after they broke up, it was obvious they still loved each other. I think the time apart made them realize what they had and what they did not have, technically. Even though they were apart for years, it worked perfectly at the end. I loved them!!!! Loved! <3

And I loved their lobster theory. Just saying! Haha <3

I know! I like the way everything worked out for them too... But Rach always kinda pissed me off. I mean I love her, but I always thought that Ross loved her more. I know she loves him too, but I support Ross with the whole "we were on a break" thing. I DO see her side of the story, but like, wasn't she the one who wanted to take a break and who invited Mark over? I know that there was nothing between them but Ross didn't think so and if I was him I would think the same thing! I probably wouldn't sleep with someone else, I'm not saying I LIKE what he did. But he knew what he did was wrong and he knew she had a reason to be mad at him and she still didn't forgive him. She wanted him to say that it was ALL his fault. It wasn't! She just concentrated on her pain but didn't think about him! That's what makes me think he loved her more. But I am so HAPPY that they ended up together (if they didn't I would be REALLY PISSED)! :D

I cannot describe how much I love these two. They were probably my first ship and are still my favourite TV ship. I think I actually prefer them when they're apart, because you can see how deep their friendship goes. Ross will always be there for Rachel. He goes out of his way to help her.

I actually got pretty bored of the whole Ross and Rachel drama :/ And eventually Monica and Chandler over ruled them as the greatest couple. I was still pleased they ended up together but I don't think it would've made much difference to me if they didn't.

I started watching friends when season 10 was on and ross and rachel were on the verge of getting together for good, and when it ended I was so satisfied I wanted to see how it all started... they were great together the first 3 seasons, then I kind of lost interest in their realationship bue it was still fun to see them together as friends, even if I didn't ship them anymore.

I've always thought Rachel was too much for him. But, who said geeks cannot get the girl? :)

I'm not a fan of the pairing. They have too many differences and they were dysfunctional as soon as Rachel quitted Central Perk and finally had her own identity other than "Ross's girlfriend". As I once read in a beautiful fanfiction, "their relationship went on life support the day [she] quit Central Perk." She was right to not let him into her work life and he shouldn't have gotten jealous. (BTW, not bashing here... just giving reasons!)

Yes, the "geek" was "cute" for me too, hehe. I just think sometimes she got too mature for Ross (not saying he hasn't had his mature moments, 'cause he did)...

I actually like them, after their relantionship you can see them growing and becoming actual Friends, but still loving each other and being jealous of every other one they are with. I think their break up in season 3 was for the best, even if I hate that episode, 'cause they demonstrated to be not ready to be together "for real". But then, the oment that changes everything and states that they have to be together is when he decides not to date Jill 'cause he couldn't bear to be certain that nothing else could never happen between them if he dated her sister.
Then there's the wedding and Emma etc but they had to be together and I hate when after Emma's birth there's all the ring story because they were ready to be together from that moment, they both realized they were and everything goes wrong again.

Ross and Rachel have a really special place in my heart. I love them very much.
