Joey's agent dies, but the group doesn't want to tell him, because of the move of Monica and Chandler and Phoebe's marriage, learning of his agent's death would 'push him over the edge', so Phoebe impersonates Estelle's voice and pretends to still be alive. Janice almost moves into the neighboring house Chandler and Monica are buying. Ross tries to get Rachel her old job back so she won't have to move to Paris.
